Is the Customer Always Right? 🤔

We’ve all heard the phrase: “The customer is always right.”
But is it really true? In my experience — not always !

There are times when a client demands features that don't align with the product’s core value.
Or insists on deadlines that could actually hurt the quality of delivery.
In those moments, simply agreeing isn't leadership — it's negligence.

Real story:
When I was leading the development of a digital health platform, a major client requested a complex feature just weeks before launch.
Instead of rushing to say "yes," I sat with the client, mapped out the real need behind the request, and found a smarter, faster solution that served their goals even better — without risking the project.

✅ Listening to your clients is crucial.
✅ Respecting them is non-negotiable.
✅ But true partnership means sometimes challenging ideas — with empathy, professionalism, and a clear focus on success.
